Lavanya Tripathi , the indian film actress  is from Ayodhya of Uttar pradesh . She had her schooling at Marshalls school and did her graduation in Economics at Rishi Dayaram National college in Mumbai.

It was said that she was very much interested in being in Showbiz. Yet she gave first priority to complete her education. After completing her education, she  chose modelling and took part in television shows and also worked  for a few commercials as a model.

      Lavanya Tripathi grabbed the title of Miss Uttara Khand in 2006.

Lavanya Tripathi made her debut with the Telugu movie ‘Andala Rakshasi’ in which was pared with Daggupati Rana.

She won the best debutante award from Maa T.V.

Later, she debuted in Tamil cinema ‘Brahman’. so far, Lavanya has acted in eight movies out which seven were Telugu . Tripathi is so fortunate that most of the movies she acted in, performed well at the box office.

   The movie  ‘ Bhale Bhale Magadivoy ‘ in which she played a role as Nandana  was  a blockbuster and also she showcased her acting skills.
